Our initial focus on sharing ministry innovations with pioneering church leaders has evolved, and now we exclusively focus on leadership development. Today we exist not just to serve church leaders, but Christians in all sectors of society to impact the world

The Global Leadership Summit is a two-day, world-class experience broadcast every August LIVE in HD to hundreds of satellite locations in North America. In the months that follow, the Summit takes place at an additional 1536+ sites in 124 countries.
More than just an event, the Summit experience kicks-off a year-long community transformation process providing tools to help you and your team apply what you learned throughout the year.
