My perspective about how to motivate staff to be productive has changed. I make more of an effort to understand them and where they are at, to then get them to where they are most productive. Sharing thanks and appreciation from the team, to be included in this year's Global Leadership Summit; the speakers and messages shared were impactful and thought provoking, which left us with sessions of renewed fervor and self-reflection for others.    It's rare when a leadership session can be done asynchronously, maintain the same energy/message, end to end.
