Johnny C. Taylor, Jr.

As a global leader on issues affecting work, Taylor is a sought-after voice for top executives, as well as state and federal elected legislators. He is frequently invited to testify before Congress on critical workforce issues and is the author of a weekly column, «Ask HR,» in USA Today. He is the Chairman of the Historically Black Universities President’s Advisory Board, and is a member of the US Department of Commerce’s American Workforce Policy Advisory Board. His more than 20-year career as an attorney, human resources and executive director in both non-profit and for-profit organizations have contributed to his knowledge and perspectives. His decades of industry leadership include executive and CEO roles at IAC/Interactive Corp, Viacom’s Paramount Pictures, Blockbuster Entertainment Group, McGuireWoods LLC and Compass Group USA.
